Tariffs
& Quotes
Information
on current accommodation rates is available on our website
at www.colonialcourtvillas.com.au or by phoning us direct
on (02) 63720529 (+61 2 63720529 if calling from outside Australia).
The nightly rates featured on our website are indicative rates
for a normal 2 to 3 night booking based on accommodation only
(ie. no meals or daily housekeeping). Any verbal quote given
is an estimate only of the price, which is subject to written
advice on confirmation of the reservation.
All
of our rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive
of applicable taxes. Prices and conditions are current, but
subject to change without notice.

Please
be aware that a 2 night minimum stay period applies and 3
nights during peak periods, ie. long weekends, school holidays,
special events etc. All bookings are subject to availability.
In
order to make a booking for you we will require certain personal
information. This information is collected by Colonial Court
Villas specifically to facilitate the establishment of guests'
accounts and communicate relevant information about our property
to you. If you have any concerns, please view our Privacy
Policy.
Villa Allocation
While
preferences for particular villas on the property are always
considered, the allocation of accommodation is at the management's
discretion and specific villas cannot be guaranteed.
Tariffs quoted are per Villa and based on the number of persons
being accommodated. Children are counted as a person
regardless of age. Babies up to 6 months of age using own
or existing bedding (where a cot does not need to be provided)
are free. Once a child is either crawling or walking, they
are classed as a person.
Total number of guests is to be nominated at time of booking
so as to allocate appropriate size Villa.
i.) 1 bedroom with study sleeps maximum
4 people
ii.) 2 bedroom sleeps maximum 6 people.
iii.) 2 bedroom with study sleeps maximum 6 people
iv.) 3 bedroom sleeps maximum 8 people
Misrepresentation of these numbers will result in a penalty
of an additional full charge to the credit card of the person
responsible for the booking.
Booking
Amendments
The
nightly rate quoted to you at the time of booking is based
on the information you provided at the time of booking.
If
the nature of your booking changes in any way, particularly
with regard to the number of nights you are staying or the
number of guests that will be staying, we reserve the right
to vary the nightly rate accordingly.
Deposit
& Payment Methods
A
deposit equal to one nights accommodation charge, or 50% of
total booking value (whichever is greater) per Villa must
be received by Colonial Court Villas within seven (7) days
of making the booking. For bookings at short notice (ie. within
7 days of arrival date) we require deposit payment immediately.
Payment
of the booking deposit indicates acceptance of these booking
conditions and enables us to consider your booking guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking and release accommodation
held which has not been confirmed with the correct deposit.
The
following payment options are available:
Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
This is by far the quickest and easiest way to guarantee your
reservation.
Cheque: If paying by cheque,
you will need to ensure we receive the cheque at least 7 days
prior to your arrival. Cheques received within 7 days of arrival
may not have time to clear and may not secure your booking.
Please make sure your name and booking details are enclosed
with the cheque so we know who the cheque belongs to.
Postal Money Order: Available from any Australia
Post Office, Money Orders are a convenient and secure way
to pay your deposit. As with cheques, please make sure you
enclose a note with the money order with your name and booking
details so we can match it back to your reservation.
Electronic Funds Transfer: If
you have an online banking facility or access to a branch
of the ANZ, we can accept your deposit payment directly into
our account. Our account details are:

If
paying by direct deposit, please make sure you double check
you have the correct account number and BSB before authorising
the transfer. You MUST INCLUDE A PAYMENT REFERENCE
with your surname and an abbreviation of the date you are
due to arrive – eg. if your name is Smith and you’re
arriving on the 5th July your transaction reference should
be “Smith-5Jul” or similar. If we don’t
have your reference, the payment will appear on our statement
as an anonymous deposit and will be very hard for us to identify
as yours.
Cancellation Policy
We
understand that plans do change and unexpected events can
arise, however as an accommodation provider, it is of critical
importance that we are given adequate notice of our guests'
booking intentions. While we endeavour to be as flexible as
possible, when it comes to booking changes, our standard policy
is as follows:
A
AU$20 cancellation fee will be applied to all bookings cancelled
after a deposit has been processed or a credit card guarantee
given.
This fee increases to AU$50 if a booking is cancelled over
Easter, Long Weekends or Peak School Holiday periods.
Cancellation
7 Days before arrival date, the first night’s tariff
becomes the cancellation fee.
For
bookings on Weekly Rates, 1 weeks tariff will be the cancellation
fee if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
Moving a booking forward to another date will be subject to
the above cancellation fees until the cancelled period has
been re-let.
All
Villas within a Group Booking of 3 or more Villas
will be subject to a AU$50 cancellation fee per Villa
if any one or more Villas are cancelled after a deposit
has been paid or credit card guarantee given.
Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to
a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.
Check-In &
Check-Out
Check-in
time is from 1pm. While we always endeavour to be flexible
and provide early check-in where it is possible to do so,
we can only guarantee check-in availability from 1pm.
Check-out time is 10am. If you require a later check-out,
please enquire. Once again, while we endeavour to be flexible,
this will depend solely on availability at the time.
As per Industry Standard Practice, we will require you to
complete a Guest Registration form on arrival. All guests
are required to complete the registration form in order to
stay at our property.
On Check-in, you will also need to provide us with an imprint
of your credit card. Please be aware that if you do not have
an accepted credit card, we will require the following:
• full prepayment on arrival of all accommodation charges
by cash or EFTPOS
• a copy of photographic ID showing current residential
address
• a security bond of $300 (refundable following an inspection
of the Villa on Check-out)
Please
be aware that we cannot allow you to check-in without a credit
card or cash bond & ID.
Miscellaneous
Rooms
are serviced weekly not daily. If extra housekeeping is required,
an extra AU$30 per service will be charged direct to guests.
All villas are non smoking.
A 10 km/hr speed limit is required within the complex.
All Villas are self contained and have separate rear yard
and patio BBQ’s. All guests are asked to respect the
privacy of others in regards noise.
Strictly no pets allowed.
No cycling, roller blading or skating allowed within the complex.
