Booking Conditions (Summary)

All rates are quoted on a per night basis

Rates are for accommodation only

Rates are based on weekly housekeeping service (surcharge applies for extra servicing)

All rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes

Rates quoted are per apartment, based on two persons being accommodated, and $20 extra per person per night. Misrepresentation of these numbers will result in a penalty of an additional full charge. Children are counted as a person regardless of age. Babies up to 6 months of age using own or existing bedding (where a cot does not need to be provided) are free.

Apartments can accommodate the following numbers:
i.) 1 bedroom with study sleeps maximum 4 people
ii.) 2 bedroom sleeps maximum 6 people.
iii.) 2 bedroom with study sleeps maximum 6 people
iv.) 3 bedroom sleeps maximum 8 people
